Vikas brings 20+ years of financial expertise with him. He had a stupendous corporate career in India and the US with KPMG for 7+ years. He has been the fastest promoted employee and the youngest Sr. Manager at the largest global auditing and advisory firm - KPMG. After his stint with KPMG, he founded a small financial start-up consulting venture with just 2 people and scaled it to more than 100 employees with a pan- India presence. Vikas is currently managing the finance department of multiple small to medium-sized enterprises as their Virtual CFO. Being the embodiment of commitment and professionalism, Vikas envisions the enhancement of accounting and finance process through the use of technology. Vikas is also one of the founding members of New York Chapter of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of India.

He has exemplary knowledge in database administration, server management, app development, and IT development consulting. In his previous role, he was instrumental in developing various applications and software. He has also managed SEO and SMO operations for various online properties. Praveen is the backbone of tech-development at TYASuite and is the man behind digitizing decades of knowledge and experience of finance professionals in the field of business process including financial process which is being offered to the market as the TYASuite Platform.
